Viktor is on a mission... fight flu!

Influenza (flu) is a highly infectious virus that is spread through coughing and sneezing. It can cause a number of unpleasant symptoms including:

  • a sudden fever – a temperature of 38C or above

  • aching body

  • feeling tired or exhausted

  • dry cough

  • sore throat

  • headache

  • difficulty sleeping

  • loss of appetite

  • diarrhoea or tummy pain

  • nausea and being sick

Flu can be a very unpleasant, and potentially serious, illness. Vaccination reduces the risk of catching flu, and of spreading it to others.

We can currently vaccinate children from the age of nine via injection.

We are looking to be able to vaccinate younger children via nasal spray in future flu seasons. Check back for updates.
